Insight Risk Consulting is an actuarial consultancy specialising in general insurance. We are proud of our expertise in pricing, data science, reserving, risk and capital. Based in London, our clients include London market, commercial and personal lines insurers, as well as InsurTech startups.
Since our founding over a decade ago, we have worked with over 60 clients on hundreds of specific engagements, with many clients working with us continuously for more than five years.
Our work encompasses traditional actuarial techniques as well as cutting edge methods, such as the application of data science and machine learning techniques. Insight believes that technological advancement is driving change in insurance and we work with clients to help them adapt to the changing world.
Insight has three core principles:

Insight is a flexible proposition and can deliver independence, knowledge and resource for the project at hand. With an internal team of consultants and access to a high-quality network of contractors, Insight can provide either a team of consultants, or individuals on a secondment basis.
Approach
We work hands-on with clients to get the job done, sharing workloads and acting as part of the team.
Service
We are committed to building strong and lasting relationships with clients. Relationships matter and we understand that clients need a consultancy that can be a trusted business partner.
